[Closed] My viki app isn’t starting up

My viki app has all of a sudden stopped working. Everytime I click on the app or try and go in to Viki it glitches out and takes me back to my home screen. This is only happening with Viki and not my other apps. Please help.

    We were experiencing some issues previously, which have since been fixed by our engineers. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that might have been caused.

    1. If you were logged out of your account and could not log back in, please try logging in once again. Refer to this if you need help logging in.

    2. To continue accessing your favourite videos, watched shows, and Viki Pass benefits (if subscribed), kindly log out and back into your Viki account.

    3. If you were trying to reset your password, please try again with this link.

    4. If you do not see subtitles, please do check that your subtitle display is turned on. For more information on how to do so, please click here. If you are unable to turn off your subtitles, please ensure that Learn Mode is turned off. 

    5. If you are still having issues opening your app, please delete and reinstall before trying again. If this does not help, and you are using an Android device, please clear your app cache by following the steps here.

  • I’m having the same problem.  I went to open it and had to log back in.  Once I did, it opens and acts like it’s going to open, and then goes back to the app screen on my roku.  Help

    We're aware of the crashing issues with the Roku Viki Channel, and our team is working on it.
