[Closed] Ads still showing up on Roku with VikiPass Plus

when I log into my roku Viki app I am still getting ads when watching shows. I go to setting and I am a Pass Plus subscriber but it won't let me turn off ads. Anyone know how to solve the issue?

    Thanks for writing in to us.

    I looked up your account, and it appears that you're getting Viki Pass benefits whenever you are logged in with this email address on your Roku.

    If you still can't see subscription benefits, I recommend taking the following steps:

    1. Log out from your Viki account
    2. Log back in to Viki with this account nightingale_1031

    If that doesn't fix the problem, please let us know. Be sure to send full-monitor screenshots of any of the issues you see so we can further escalate it to our engineers.
