[Solved] Why am I still seeing ads?

I'm still seeing ads even the I have the premium pass and I'm logged in. I'm really frustrated about this.

  • Having the same problem as well but only on my Roku TV. On my iPhone and iPad I can play videos without ads fine even the ones that are locked on my Roku TV with my Standard Pass. I can hook my phone up to my TV but it doesn’t play in full screen. Very frustrating.

  • I watched last night on my android with no problems, this morning I'm watched on TV roku with ads. Very frustrating since I have a paid acct.
