[Closed] my viki pass plus is not working in my Roku

I have an annual subscription that started on January 6th of this year. Since today viki asked me to verify my email and after it was verified now when I want to access to viki it seems to be delete my viki pass.  This is in my Roku system.

    It seems that you have another account whereby your subscription is linked to. 

    More details have been sent to your ticket on the Help Center we'll be closing this to prevent confusion of multiple requests.
