[Solved] Ads with viki pass plus subscription

I have viki pass plus. I was having issues logging into subscription (error notification even the the information was accurate). After multiple attempts, I was able to log in but now the ads are showing up. The settings does not allow me to change the ad on button on the tv and it toggles me out. I couldn’t find anything on the settings on the website to turn them back off.
