[Solved] Viki Pass not working

Hi there. My account says I'm a plus member but I don't have access to the plus series/videos. Please help.

    We were experiencing some issues earlier, which have since been fixed by our engineers. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that might have been caused.

    1. If you were logged out of your account and could not log back in, please try logging in once again. Refer to this if you need help logging in.

    2. To continue accessing your favourite videos, watched shows, and Viki Pass benefits, kindly log out and back into your Viki account.

  • I also have a similar problem. I haven't tried watching plus movies/series but for some reason ads have started to play when I try to watch my serie. It was fine until 10 minutes ago but then the server resetted for no reason and ads started to play. I thought my subscription might have ended but I still have it for one more month so this is kinda annoying...
