[Solved] I still have ads despite paying for pass plus.

I have the app on Roku. I have signed in and out a few times. Even redownloaded the app. It says I am logged in. Yet I still have ads. What’s the point of paying for plus if I still have ads?

  • I have the same problem. I am using Roku and it won't let me disable the ads. It says I have to use the web app, but I can't seem to find the option on my web account. This needs to be fixed.

  • Same problem here, so there is no difference between paying the pass and just dealing with the free app.

  • I figured out to fix it but you would have to cancel your subscription with viki and purchase the subscription through roku. It's really stupid, but that's only fix that seems to work.
