[Closed] Subtitle Sizes

Since the new video player, I have tried to change the size of the subtitles.  I need them to be large or huge!  Please make it so that I can see the subtitles in the sizes I need them to be.  After trying to change, and save them when it says "got it" it really doesn't.  Thanks!

    We're sorry to hear that you're currently experiencing issues with changing the subtitle sizes.

    Do refer to the following guides to adjust your subtitle size first:

    If you're still having difficulties after, can you please share with us the following information?

    1. What device you're currently experiencing issues with?
    2. What is the Operating System of this device or computer?
    3. If the issues are happening on the Web, what browser version are you using?
    4. A screenshot of the issue or any error messages you might see.
