[Closed] Viki Pass Plus Not Removing Roku Ads
I have purchased the Viki Pass Plus, and I am unable to watch my shows in HD, and the ads are still showing up on shows. I have logged out and logged back in, and it has not resolved the issue. There is no "Restore Purchase" button, because when I click on "VIKIPASS", it says that I'm already a Viki Pass Subscriber on the web, and I need to use the web app to manage my subscription.
In the Roku App Video Settings, there is an Ads toggle option, but when I click on it, it tells me to use my web app to modify my settings. When I go to my web app, no option appears. This pass seems like a huge waste of money if I'm going to be unable to watch on a tv.
