[Closed] Bug Found - Black Screen on App - No Video or Audio

I've found a bug on the viki app.

Whenever this message(image below) appears on any dramas, movies and trailers, there will be no Video or Audio. Only the subtitles are playing. This issue only appears on the viki app(lastest version - 5/12/2020).  Image taken from my browser.

Please look in to it, Thank You.
