[Closed] I cannot access to my Viki Pass Standard since over a month back...already sent over 10 tickets to support team :(

Viki team, please help me.....during this quarenteen I am almost dying because I can't watch my asian shows. Since April beggining my username has changed (from Andre_apaixonado_louro_<3 to andre_louro_584), my personal collections, my picture and all data from shows I have watched since I came to Viki has gone. The picture that stands in my profile is from my Google account, so I assume that you had upgraded the app somehow. The worst thing is I've sent so many tickets to support team asking for help and after a month I still havent got any news from your side. I have Viki PASS STANDARD, and I cant watch shows on my chromecast or Legends of awakening (because its exclusive for Viki Pass Standard :'(   ..... and have lost all the data from dramas, and reviews I've made from dramas I had watch. The worst is I've been obligated to watch NETFLIX even having payed for Viki (which is my favorite one).

Could anyone HELP ME please to solve my problem????? Bellow you see the payment proof.
