[Closed] finding episode and continuing to watch where I left off

How is it possible that I always have to search for the drama I'm in the middle of watching by name, then find the last episode I watched, then fast forward to the last scene that I watched. On Netflix I never had to do it, once I chose Netflix on Roku and entered my section the show was already at the spot where I left off.
Why is it so hard to have the same on Viki?

    I have noticed that as well. This new video player doesn't remember where you left off when you stop a video and leave that page. Talk about a design flaw! It is extremely irritating

    • Do you notice this happening when watching on our website Viki.com too?
    • What are some example episodes with this issue?
    • The version and build of your Viki Channel (Go to the Roku homepage > Scroll over to the Viki Channel > Press * to see the Version and Build)
