[Closed] New version of viki is buggy

First, I would like to thank Viki for the great movies; however, I am completely dissatisfied with the new version that was recommended by Viki.  The problem is it is full of bugs and frequently goes into streaming again and again.  This is very annoying and it takes forever to reset the app.  Ugh!!!!!

    The biggest issue I have with the latest version is the "video fail to load" on my LG TV.  I have no problem watching anything on my laptop but I keep getting this annoying message every time I want to rewind or fast forward on my TV.  No matter which show I watch, it keeps giving me grief.

    Please fix this asap because I really love VIKI but right now, the annoyance is outweighing the enjoyment.
