"oops, page not found" error

Today, when I try to watch Find me in your Memory Episode 13 - I get the message "oops, page not found" error.

    omg!! same, i came here to complain or submit a ticket and i saw yours. it says its 100% subbed but no video

    Hi both,

    Thanks for writing to us! I'm sorry you're experiencing these problems on Viki.com.

    You should be able to watch the episode without any issues now. 

    If you're still seeing the same error message, please try the following first:

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Clear your browser cache and cookies How do I clear the cache and cookies on my web browser?
    3. Close your current window, then launch a new window
    4. Log in to your Viki account
    5. Try again from another browser

    Otherwise, do write back to us with a screenshot of the error page you see.
