[Closed] Double charge

Hi I sent several emails to Viki Help (support@viki.zendesk.com). My first email was last week and I still got no reply. I got 2 charges on my Mastercard and I only have one account. I got charged for 4.99usd and 9.99usd. I would like to stay on my Viki Pass Plus (9.99usd subscription). Can you please update me and refund the 4.99usd. thanks
