Will we ever get the disqus comments on each episode page back?
I've seen a couple posts about this and the Support Specialist who keeps responding doesn't appear to understand the question. We want to know where the disqus comments section for each episode page went after the switch to this new video player happened and why we can't get it back. We know where the channel page is, that is not the question. This is also not a question about timed comments and not a question about the comments on the channel page.
The comments sections clearly still exist as I and others who have posted about this are still receiving notifications about people liking or responding to previous comments we have made ON EPISODE WEB-PAGES.
Is that option gone forever?
Part of the charm of this site over places who have the exact same shows like Netflix and OnDemand Korea is that you can talk about the episodes, on the episode page, with other users and feel like you are watching the show with someone else, You cannot do that on the channel page.
And please, if a support person responds, please don't tell me where the comments on the channel page is or how to log out and log back in. That has nothing to do with the question.

I concur!! Bring the individual Disqus Comments back!! And also, bring the sidebar video comments back. Some users (me included) don't like to watch episodes with comments at the same time, it's distracting. That's why we like to comment & check other users' comments of what we just watched AFTER watching the episode, and discuss what we just watched!! We can't do that on the general channel of each drama, cause that would be SPOILERS for those who haven't seen the x episode!!!

I'm so upset both the episode pages with comments and the waterfall comments have been taken away.
I've seen loads of people complaining and zero shits given by Viki.
What is WRONG with you? How can you not care about feedback like this?
Tell them to BRING THE INDIVIDUAL EPISODE DISQUS COMMENTS PAGES BACK. The FANS ARE UPSET AT THEIR REMOVAL!!!!!
