[Closed] which TV's supports Viki?

Are there any TV's supporting the Viki App? I don't get why of all the possibilities to watch dramas just the Smart TV's are so poorly supported. Can anyone explain?

  • If you have Roku, you can go to the Roku app store and search for Viki. Viki should work on ANY TV!!!

  • I guess that's like Fire TV, or chromecast, where you need an additional device to watch it. That's not what i want. I want to know if there's a TV which is able to play Viki alone.

  • Sorry, not that I know, the only thing that MIGHT work is a smart TV that comes with Roku, there is no TV itself that plays viki.

  • Why? What else than a modern smart TV would be the right medium to make an app for. Why is that not supported? I don't get it.

  • Because Viki is not well known, only to K-Drama lovers, maybe about 100-500 Million people.

There might be a certain tv, but it most likely has to have Roku, which is great and only costs 19-39 US dollars, depending on what you get. There is no subscription to it and is great, all you need is an internet connection and a tv with a HDMI cable output.

Big corporations look to the main audience, and K-Dramas are not there, unless you live in Korea, China, or Japan.
