[Closed] viki pass plus

I just got the viki pass plus and still can't watch a show. its says I need to subscribe to the pass? but I already have it. I'm very confused.

    Our engineers were doing maintenance on our servers which would have caused some issues with Viki Pass benefits. We're truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    The maintenance will be, or would have been completed 30 minutes after the time you wrote in. Please try log out and back into your account then to see your benefits.

    If that doesn't fix the problem after, please let me know and I'll be glad to help. Be sure to send me full-monitor screenshots of any of the issues you see so I can further escalate it to our engineers.

  • im also having the same issue. i gave it a couple days to reset itself but Im still not able to finish my current shows. please advice how to fix.

    I looked up your email address, and it appears that you're getting Viki Pass benefits whenever you are logged in with this email address.

    If you still can't see subscription benefits, I recommend taking the following steps:

    1. Log out from your Viki account
    2. Log back in to Viki with this account

    If that doesn't fix the problem, please let us know and we'll be glad to help. Be sure to send full-monitor screenshots of any of the issues you see so we can further escalate it to our engineers.

  • I am subscribing to Viki Pass right now which will expire as of August 31, 2020.  I'd like to switch over to Viki Pass Plus.  How should I go about doing that?  Will the balance of my Viki Pass year's payment be pro-rated and credited to the Pass Plus plan in paying for the plan's fee?

    For more information about how you will charged after changing your plan, please refer to the 'Web Subscriptions' section on this article

    Do note:

    Upgrading to a higher priced plan - Viki Pass Plus Annual
    Downgrading to a lower priced plan - Viki Pass Plus Monthly

  • I'm also having the same issue. I just upgraded my plan to plus and it still won't let me watch plus content.

  • I just upgraded to Viki Plus and I can see the new content on my computer but not on my smart tv. The smart tv is still telling me I need to upgrade. How do I fix this? Or is this something Viki needs to fix? Thanks.

  • Khpbooks_344 The morning after I posted that, it worked. Not sure if Viki did something or not on their end or if the Apple TV app needed time to update? Nothing I tried myself worked like logging out, refreshing the app, deleting cookies, trying different browsers, etc.
