[Closed] i have the rakuten app on my television but when i got viki plus it didn't go to my television

    I looked up your email address, and it appears that you're getting Viki Pass benefits whenever you are logged in with this email address.

    If you still can't see subscription benefits, I recommend taking the following steps:

    1. Log out from your Viki account
    2. Log back in to Viki with this account on your TV (steps here)

    If that doesn't fix the problem, please let us know and we'll be glad to help. Be sure to send full-monitor screenshots of any of the issues you see so we can further escalate it to our engineers.
