[Solved] Video didn't load

I was trying to watch Master in the House on my tablet (Levono Tab M10) and it looked like it was about to load but after a while it didn't. I tried random episodes of other series including my own and they still didn't load. Please and thank you for any help.

    Could you first please try the following:

    1. Delete and Reinstall the Viki app
    2. Restart your home internet network. For more details: Helpful steps to troubleshoot video issues

    Are you still experiencing these issues with the video player? If so, can you please provide the following information?

    • What's your device and Operating System?
    • What version of the Viki app are you using? You can find it on the app settings.
    • Your internet speed. To test this download this application and share the results: Android 
    • Screenshot of the issue or the error message you see.

  • Hello Joshua,

    The problem has been fixed. I had reinstalled the app and it didn't work, but after, I went to settings and realized my tab system wasn't updated. After I updated it, it worked. But thank you anyway :)
