[Closed] Buffering

I recently re-joined Viki with an annual pass. This is my second time trying Viki. The first time I cancelled my subscription due to buffering and getting zero response and assistance from Viki. I upgraded my internet service to the fastest speed. I also upgraded my router and rejoined Viki. I should have known better. It was Viki all the time. The buffering is still so bad, the shows are unwatchable. What am I to do with my annual subscription now????
