[Closed] Viki Pass Bug

Long story short, today I decided that I would upgrade my account from Viki basic to Viki Plus. The reason why was because I got a iTunes gift card from Christmas and decided to use it. I have always used my credit card but decided to use iTunes this time. When I went to ITunes, manage my subscription for 9.99 on the Plus (America Only) I thought that was the end of that, however, when I went to watch the exclusive shows, I couldn’t because it still said I was standard even though I already paid. I tried resetting, restoring purchase, and logging back in and out, I was wondering if you guys know how to fix it or what to do
