[Solved] Nvidia Shield Pro App / Playback Issues

1.  MAJOR - The app stops/crashes every 10-15 minutes while watching shows.  It then reloads/restarts.  If there is a log I can attach it if needed.

2.  MINOR - I recently buy a subscription so that I could avoid the buffering but the buffering is almost non stop on some shows.

    We have released an updated version of the app that should resolve the problem. Please update your Android TV Viki application and make sure it's the version 2.4.1.

    In the meantime, we suggest using other options such as Chromecast/Apple TV/Android TV/Fire TV/Roku to watch Viki on your TV. Refer to this for a list of supported apps
