[Closed] subscription renewal charged without notice

Viki closed the original post of course...  

They lied and said they emailed me regarding the renewal before charging my card.  Such an unethical business practice!

I know other people had the same issues...

Can a manager please contact me?  Joshua did not help and flat out lied to me.  Is it possible to speak to an actual person??

  • It doesn't appear so, but keep providing false information.  You did not email me on 11/26.  

    Are there others out there with the same issue?  Did Viki email you before automatically renewing?  Did you try to cancel on the same day and it was not honored?  No phone number to call - only these generic responses...

    I'll be awaiting that generic email response, Joshua.
