[Solved] Cannot watch latest episodes

I see you are having login issues, but I can log in. It's just the newest episodes suddenly disappeared. Is this stemming from the same issue you are having?

    Hi everyone,

    We were experiencing an outage earlier today, which has since been fixed by our engineers. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that might have been caused. 

    If you are still facing issues, please take these steps first:

    Web browser

    1. Log out from your Viki account
    2. Clear your browser cache and cookies How do I clear the cache and cookies on my web browser?
    3. Close your current window, then launch a new window
    4. Log in to your Viki account
    5. Try again from another browser

    Mobile/TV Apps

    1. Log out from the Viki app
    2. Delete and Reinstall the Viki app
    3. Log back in to Viki by following the steps here

    If you still face issues thereafter, please let us know:

    1. The specific show titles and episodes with the issues
    2. Any error messages you see. A screenshot would be really helpful.

  • Having the same issue. A viki plus subscriber but no access to the episode i was in the middle of and some others i was going to rewatch.  It says the content is blocked. Please subscribe to viki for full access.

  • I have the same issue. Even episodes I have already watched are showing as coming soon now.

  • Same issue plus I tried to look at a different show that is not new and couldn't access anything.  I get a message that sends me to a twitter site.

     

    I can log in and see my watch history, but as others have mentioned, the episodes are gone or unavailable (ones I have already watched).

  • I’m a retired IT worker and it’s incredible to me that this is still having issues after 14+ hours! I just renewed my VikiPass and now I can’t watch anything!
