[Closed] Can't login to a second device

Hi guys,

I'm using a phone that was my moms before.  She had a Viki login before.  Because of that, I can't login as myself.  How do I fix this?   I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I have changed my password, I have tried using my email address and also tried my user name.  Even after reinstalling it logs in as my mom.  It won't let me log in ...
