[Closed] Viki pass plus not working since bad storm

I paid for Viki pass plus last month for a year, but now I get all the commercials like before. Please help.

    I looked up your email address and it appears that you're getting Viki Pass benefits whenever you are logged in with this email address.

    If you still can't see subscription benefits, I recommend taking the following steps:

    1. Log out from your Viki account
    2. Log back in to Viki with this account

    If that doesn't fix the problem, please let me know and I'll be glad to help. Be sure to send me full-monitor screenshots of any of the issues you see so I can further escalate it to our engineers.
