[Solved] Why isn’t my Viki standard pass working?
I wanna say I tried everything, I triple checked everythinggg but maybe I’m still missing something?? I’ve already tried using the restore purchase button so many times before and it shows on my profile that I have it and yet I still get ads and no benefits. 😭 I’ve been trying to watch Melting Me Softly episodes 7 and up and to no avail. Again and again I click the restore button and it says it’s activated but nothing changes

Im in worse spot.... I upgrade from standard to plus, I get charge and I can't see the standards or plus show.... This is ridiculously.... 😠
Finally I find the solution of the problem... If you re linked your subscription with Google you have to cancelled and cancel in Viki too, after that go to your Viki and chose the plan you want. Viki will ask you the pin and after that you will be charged and will start to work.
