[Solved] Viki Plus User - Cannot Watch Videos

I have just subscribed to the 7 day free subscription but I cannot access the content. I have upgraded to the Viki Plus pass but content is still locked. I have logged back out and in And nothing happens. Please help as I would like to support Viki and was a previous user but now this is just annoying.

    Thanks for contacting Viki Community Support. The reason why you might not be seeing benefits from your subscription is because your Google Play subscription is not linked to your Viki account yet.

    To fix this, please take the following steps:

    1. Make sure you are logged in with the Google account you used to subscribe in your Android device's Settings.
    2. Log in to your Viki account on the Viki Android app.
    3. At the menu at the bottom, tap on ME
    4. Tap on the Settings icon at the top right corner
    5. Scroll down to the Viki Pass section and tap on Restore Purchase

    If you do not see a Restore Purchase option, please take the following steps:

    1. At the menu at the bottom, tap on Home
    2. Tap on 'Get Viki Pass'
    3. Scroll down and tap 'Restore Purchase Now' 

    If you experience problems restoring purchase, please send me a screenshot of the error message you're getting.
