[Closed] I viki plus pass but no benefits

I have been subscribed to viki plus pass for months. I recently re-subscribed but I can't any of the shows with the required pass. I have recieved no benefits after I have re-logged in and tried to restore my benefits but still there is nothing.

    Thanks for contacting Viki Community Support. The reason why you might not be seeing benefits from your subscription is because your Google Play subscription is not linked to your Viki account yet.

    To fix this, please take the following steps:

    1. Make sure you are logged in with the Google account you used to subscribe in your Android device's Settings.
    2. Log in to your Viki account on the Viki Android app.
    3. At the menu at the bottom, tap on ME
    4. Tap on the Settings icon at the top right corner
    5. Scroll down to the Viki Pass section and tap on Restore Purchase

    If you do not see a Restore Purchase option, please take the following steps:

    1. At the menu at the bottom, tap on Home
    2. Tap on 'Get Viki Pass'
    3. Scroll down and tap 'Restore Purchase Now' 

    If you experience problems restoring purchase, please send me a screenshot of the error message you're getting.

  • I followed all of the steps the above. Logon to android using my google account.  App confirmed i have Viki Pass Standard.  See message bottom off this scrreen

  • I am getting the same issue too. I have upgraded to a Viki pass plus and still don't see any of the benefits. I have tried all the steps that was required to restart it. Nothing is working. I have google play.

  • @..., for the downtime of your app, we should receive the very least the prepaid month(s).. now that we are going to 4th week with mobile app issue.  I initially reported on 10/12 #767118  but issue went on before that.

  • I do not want to be paying for something that is not working for me. Please have it fixed soon. Alot of us are having the same issue. No benefits at all from upgrading from standard to a plus. My monthly payment is coming soon.

    We made some changes to our servers over the weekend, please try taking these steps:

    1. Restore your purchase
    2. Log out and back into this account.

    Please let us know how it goes. We'll be looking into possibly providing a coupon to those affected and we'll provide an update as soon as we can.

    "restore benefit" >> log out and back out..  Same result.

    Oddly enough, on Sunday, the show "Melting Me slowly" on chrome showed as being available for me to watch; but not on Mobile App.   Today.. it goes back to square one (both on Chrome + Droid mobile app).  No bueno.  Btw, we're on week#4.  The fun continues.
