[Closed] request entity too large

    Hi there everyone,

    Our engineers are working on a fix at the moment. However, in the meantime, can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Clean the cache and cookies on your browser. How do I clear the cache and cookies on my web browser?
    3. Close the browser and restart it again.
    4. Log back into your Viki account
    5. Try again from another browser


    We'll provide an update as soon as this is fixed.

  • i have not been able to log in except via history page comes up blank and when I get in via history I get requested entity too big wtf I have paid fee so what is this message, what does it mean and that is all we know at the end of it not helpful vikki

  • purtroppo anchio ricevo qusto messaggio,ho inviato gia 4 mail e nessuna risposta,ho pagato l'abbonamento e non riesco a vedere niente,e frustrante,qualcuno risponda per favore,e non solo quello,i sottotitoli avvolte non ci sono,avvolte sono anche molto imprecisi e avolto fuori tempo accavallandosi con le altre scene,qualcuno puo rispondere sono giorni che non riesco a vedere niente

  • I'm also having the same issue on Chrome and when I try to use Firefox it's super laggy and buffers badly.
