[Solved] Missing Subtitles The Eternal Love Episode 14

English subtitles missing on episode 14 of the Eternal Love. They may be there the first few minutes. Says 100% English. This is the 2nd show recently that I have gotten halfway through and this has happened. I only speak and read English so I cannot continue a show if this happens. It's a bit frustrating.   • This is not any of those issues. The subtitles work except for the one episode. I am also having this issue on Personal Taste Episode 11.

    Thanks for clarifying!

    We're able to verify that there's an issue with Personal Taste Ep 11 but not for The Eternal Love Ep 14.

    In order for us to better understand the problem, can you please share with us the following information?

    1. Is this the episode which you are referring to? https://www.viki.com/v/1119897v
    2. What is the specific timestamp with the missing English subtitles?
    3. What device you're currently experiencing this issue with?
    4. What is the Operating System of this device or computer?
    5. If the issues are happening on the Web, what browser version are you using?
