[Solved] How do I stop ads when I have paid for my yearly Viki Pass Standard?

Hi

I am unable to watch a show series or movie without ads and yet I have paid my yearly standard Viki pass  subscription to Viki.

How do I solve this issue or who do I contact to solve the issue?

    1. To continue accessing your favourite videos, watch history and Viki Pass benefits (if subscribed), kindly log back into your Viki account.

    2. If you were trying to reset your password, please try again with this link: https://www.viki.com/forgot_password

    3. If you do not see subtitles, please do check that your subtitle display is turned on.​ For more information on how to do so, please click here: https://support.viki.com/hc/en-us/articles/203317604-How-do-I-turn-subtitles-on-off. If you are unable to turn off your subtitles, please ensure that Learn Mode is turned off.

  • I'm having this problem too. The problem just started today. Is there some change of policy? I paid to get rid of ads.
