Issue with the help section: customize subtitles on fire TV stick

So this is an issue with the Viki help website. I was looking for information about how to change the subtitles on fire TV and besides the main help site not providing the info, I only found an old community post whose answer stated it couldn't be done... Well that's wrong! By happenstance I found out it's the same as roku, the app uses the global fire TV settings under accessibility. Then you turn on closed captioning and the options appear!
Now if only there were a way to customize the timed comments.
