[Closed] canceled subscription

I just started subscribing Viki annual standard pass and you guys charged me $99. 
After few minutes I canceled this subscription on my account page to get the full refund. 
Am I able to get the full refund? 
If so when can I expect to get the refund?

    The reason you were billed is that Viki users can only have one free 7-day trial of Viki Pass benefits per account. Hence, when you upgraded your plan during your trial, you were billed immediately.

    In this case, you are not eligible for a refund. You will continue to see your benefits until the end of your billing cycle.

  • This is ridiculous why can’t I get the full refund if I canceled it like in one minute? I don’t care about trial or annual pass. I hate using your product and I never want to use it again so I want to get refund right now. I hate it so much so this is why I canceled it on the same day.
    I’m so confused about why I can’t get my full refund because I canceled it on the same day as I made the purchase.

  • I just upgraded to Viki pass. I understood I would be able to watch shows immediately bu, it shows y upgrade will not be in effect until October 2nd, 2019. Why do I have to wait until then?
