Login on two IPads

I can login with my IPad Pro using the original account information.  But, when I tried to login with my IPad Mini 4, the login was not recognized.  I did the recovery thing for a new password, but all the history is gone.  I can see the history on the IPad Pro. 

Is it not possible to view Viki content on these two devices? Must I have a second account in order to view Vicki on the second device?

Thanks for any help with this issue.
