Viki Standard Pass not working

    I looked up your email address in our system, and see that you're getting Viki Pass benefits whenever you login on your account.

    If you still can't see subscription benefits, I can recommend you to take the following steps:

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Log back in to your account with this username hanna_lee_10

    If that doesn't fix the problem please let us know more details and we'll be glad to help. Be sure to also send us full-monitor screenshots of any of the issues you see so we can escalate any problems to our engineers.
