    Hello!

    We're sorry that the videos you want to watch hasn't been subtitled yet.

    When the subtitle completion percentage is not 100%, it means that the community has not finished with the subtitling yet. But don't worry, they'll get to it very soon! This is especially so for newer On-Air titles such as those which you mentioned.

    To provide some context - We don't actually translate or subtitle content ourselves; instead, our passionate volunteer community (people like you!) subtitle content on Viki. You can learn more about our volunteer community here.

    Follow the channel to get mobile notifications from the Viki mobile app when subtitles are completed. For more details on how to do this, please refer to this FAQ.

    Could you name the dramas, otherwise people might mistake you as a troll. Sorry, but if you do not address where the problem is for you properly how do you expect help?

    It can be a technical problem or channels where subtitles still need to be done. So, more details are needed.

    The dramas with no subtitles in English are: Hotel Del Luna, Dr John, Wanna hear your voice, Mr Temporary, Before We Get Married, and Moment of Eighteen. Of course I’m not a trol, I’m just trying to watch my dramas with English subtitles but when I check subtitles sometimes the percentage is 0 or 1% not 100%. What can I do to fix this problem or Whom do I need to contact to get it resolved? Let me know. Thanks

    You mean all the episodes are without subtitles for you?

    There are some bugs that are just randomly at Viki, sometimes episodes won't load with the subtitles for me as well. But it works after I restart the video one more time or simply log out and back in.

    In your case it seems to be better to make a request

    Be sure to fill in links of the channels/episodes related one or two screen shots. Information about the device/browser/system ... you use. Did your device get an update the past days?

    It's the weekend so there won't be a quick reply from Viki, actually sometimes it can take a few days.

    I hope Viki staff can help you, I am only a volunteer, so I have limited means to help you.
