[Closed] Why can't I watch a Korean drama with Korean subtitles?

I am trying to figure out why the settings changed so that I can watch a Korean drama with subtitles in 44 other languages but Korean. The drama indicates that it has subtitles available, I just can not switch to them. It there something I need to unlock in order to select this special subtitle language?

  • I don't know what the problem is right now, other than with Korean subtitles it's just like with other subtitles they are written by volunteers. If there are none you can't choose them.

You select them in the subtitles settings the order of the languages varies by percentage of the subtitles amount.

  • Hi jessicastonephotos_77,

    Thank you for writing in.

User lutra has a good explanation about the subtitle language availability above!

However if you still notice that the Korean subtitle completion percentage is 99-100% but you still do not see subtitles, do let us know the specific show title and episodes and we will assist to look into it.

    Best,
    Michelle
