[Closed] Cannot play any of your videos

I am running Viki on a pc with Windows 10.  Everything was working fine until a couple of days ago.  Now I cannot run any of your videos.  Just get a shot of the opening screen, but nothing happens when I press the play button.  I am watching about 6-7 different shows and I cannot play any of them.  Microsoft did update my Windows 10 about the same time this started happening, so it may be related to the problem.

    I'm sorry you're experiencing issues with the HTML5 video player. To make sure this is not a browser issue can you please try the following first?

    1. Restart your home internet network. For more details - Helpful steps to troubleshoot video issues
    2. Log out from your account
    3. Clean the cache and cookies on your browser. - How do I clear the cache and cookies on my web browser?
    4. Close the browser and restart it again.
    5. Log back into your Viki account
    6. Try again from another browser
