[Closed] How to Activate Viki Pass

Hi. Paid for Viki Pass and have not been able to see one "Pass" episode. Have written to Viki and only receive an automated note that they have received my message. No other follow up. Is there something that I'm supposed to do? So frustrating :(

    First, I am not a Viki staff member, but since it is the weekend, ... They do not reply at weekends normally and other request can take some time to be answered.

    You have the Viki Standard Pass? That is what is shown on your profile. Or did you upgrade and it doesn't show?

    As a Viki user I have not the possibilities like staff members have, so ...

    A bit of information is needed, what channel and episode are you referring to and what region are you from?


    P.S. I forgot to ask, since getting the Pass did you log out and log back in again?

    Thanks for contacting Viki Community Support. I’m so sorry to read that you’re facing these issues with your Viki Pass benefits.

    If you subscribe via iTunes/Google Play, the reason why you might not be seeing benefits from your subscription is that your iTunes/Google Play subscription is not linked to your Viki account yet.

    To fix this, please take the following steps:

    1. Make sure you are logged in with the Apple/Google Play ID you used to subscribe in your iOS/Android device's Settings.
    2. Log in to your Viki account on the Viki app.
    3. At the menu at the bottom, tap on ME
    4. Tap on the Settings icon at the top right corner
    5. Scroll down to the Viki Pass section and tap on Restore Purchase

    If you do not see a Restore Purchase option, please take the following steps:

    1. At the menu at the bottom, tap on Home
    2. Tap on 'Get Viki Pass'
    3. Scroll down and tap 'Restore Purchase Now'

    If you experience problems restoring purchase, please send me a screenshot of the error message you're getting and a copy of your Viki Pass receipt.

    If you subscribed via www.viki.com, please log out and log back into the same account that was used to subscribe.
