[Closed] My Subtitles have disappeared

I was watching a Drama "The Eternal Love" when all of a sudden the Subtitles disappeared. I'm a Viki Pass subscriber but it started showing ads. I resolved that issue but I still have no Subtitles. If I can't get this fixed I'll have to cancel my Subscription. I don't want to because I love Viki but I can't understand other languages so it would be of no use to me to try to watch the Dramas.

    Could you please try the following:

    1. Delete the Viki app from your device
    2. Reinstall the Viki app
    3. Log in and try again

    If you're still facing these issues, in order for us to understand the problem, can you please share with us the following information?

    1. What are the specific episodes you're facing this issue with?
    2. What device you're currently experiencing issues with?
    3. What is the Operating System of this device or computer?
    4. If the issues are happening on the Web, what browser version are you using?
    5. A screenshot of the issue or any error messages you might see.
