[Closed] watch history problamatic

I do not know if this issue is just for me or for some other viewers too but whenever on my laptop [HP Elite Book] i open my watch history it keeps on loading but never loads . It only happens when i try to see all of my watch history it does not open.Basically I can see the history on  my viki homepage but when I touch the SEE ALL it keeps on loading and i can open my watch later and collections but not watch history. i screen recorded a 3:30 min long video if you want I can email it to show you guys . please work on this . hope to listen from you guys soon. thanks in advance

    Thanks for writing to us! I'm sorry you're experiencing these problems on Viki.com.

    To make sure this is not a browser issue can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Clean the cache and cookies on your browser. How do I clear the cache and cookies on my web browser?
    3. Close the browser and restart it again.
    4. Log back into your Viki account
    5. Try again from another browser
