    I looked up your email address in our system, and see that you're getting Viki Pass benefits whenever you log inon your account.

    If you still can't see subscription benefits, I can recommend you to take the following steps:

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Log back in to your account 

    If that doesn't fix the problem please let me know and I'll be glad to help. Be sure to send me full-monitor screenshots of any of the issues you see so I can escalate any problems to our engineers.
