[Closed] Subtitles

Subtitles are still missing from viewing movies or anything else. Have them when I start then they disappear and now so are the shows or anything else not showing up saying they did not reload, so what's happening now a new customer.

    For Viki to analyze your problem you would need to give more detailed information:

    - What device you are using?

    - If PC what system, browser?

    - If phone which system?

    - TV which model?

    - The videos it happens?

    I See the person did not write back to you but I have the same issue and on my tv with a ROKU app and then on my computer (mac) when logging directly into VIKI--my subtitles are there and then they just randomly stop....any ideas to make subtitles consistent?
