Video won't load

Hello, I've been trying to watch my secretary secret life ep. 22-31 (ep 32 works) but I keep getting the video won't load screen. I have tried the app and the website, deleting the app and reinstalling, restarting my samsung note tablet, and just gave it time (first time was at 4 am PST, currently 10am). Thanks for any help
