[Closed] My Watch History Isn’t Working

My watch history isn’t saving on my phone. If I watch it on my computer it saves but I don’t usually watch Viki on my computer because it’s easier for me to watch it on my phone. Please help. I love Viki I’ve been using it since 2015 I think and I really want to continue using the app

    Thank you for writing to Viki Community Support! I'm sorry that you're experiencing this issue with Watch History on the Viki app.

    Could you first please try the following:

    1. Log out from the Viki app
    2. Delete and Reinstall the Viki app
    3. Log back in to Viki
    4. On the Watch History page, scroll down and release to refresh the page

    If this does not help resolve the issue, could you please provide me with the following helpful information:

    1. Does this occur on all shows? If not, please let me know the specific shows and episodes you're having problems with (ex. "Chicago Typewriter" Episode 2)

  • My watch history isn’t saving the video which I watch. Even in phone and computer it is happening same.
    I watched penthouse 2 and it is not saving in watch history
