[Closed] VIDEO STREAM

Video feed keeps stopping - does not buffer enough of the video stream and continually stopping - only get this from your site - other video feeds are fine.  Very frustrating - finally made it threw last show series and started a new one and have been struggling with this for I think 9 episodes of this series  now.  Video plays for a minute or two then stops and I have to refresh 5-6 times to get it start buffering.  Please turn up the feed.  It takes 1-1 1/2 hr to watch 45 minute show - wondering why I am paying for this type of service!!!  Show Title is Ghost Detectives - Thanks

    Thank you for writing in to Viki Community Support.

    I'm sorry you're experiencing issues with the HTML5 video player.

    To make sure this is not a browser issue can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Clean the cache and cookies on your browser. - How do I clear the cache and cookies on my web browser?
    3. Close the browser and restart it again.
    4. Log back into your Viki account
    5. Try again from another browser

    Are you still experiencing these issues with the video player? If so, can you please provide the following information?

    • The browser version and operating system you're using. You can find this here. Please share the link with us or take a screenshot of the whole screen information.
      Are you using a VPN or proxy?
    • Go to any affected video > video player settings > click 'Report Video Issues' and submit a report. This will allow us to obtain some information on the backend to debug the issue.
    • Your console log and network HAR file. For more information on how to locate these, click here.
