Homepage Banners not updating.

Hi, 

Not sure of this is a bug or not, but the homepage banners have not been updated in over 1 year.

I recently traveled to Mexico, logged from there and I noticed that the banners were updated. However, back in Costa Rica the bilboards are still old. 

I tried deleting my cookies and login from different devices, but it is the same.
