Being Charged after canceling subscription in March Why?

I just noticed I was charged twice since I canceled my subscription after March. I was charged on April 20, 2019 and May 20 2019. I can't even notify you by email to resolve this. I canceled both on iTunes  and Viki.com but I'm upset I'm still getting charged. I want you to STOP charging my account for future payments. I would also like a REFUND. I know my subscription was cancelled because I'm getting advertisements when I want to watch Viki. Can somebody contact me please?
